🗓️ 60-Day Return Window
If something isn't right, please contact us within 60 days of delivery. We'll review your request and help you resolve it.
🧵 About Our Custom-Made Items
All items from Personalized Graphics are custom-made and produced to order. Because of that, we handle different types of returns differently — here's the breakdown.
✅ Defective, Damaged, or Wrong Item (We Cover Everything)
If there's a problem caused by manufacturing, damage in transit, or a fulfillment mistake, we'll make it right at no cost to you. This includes:
- Manufacturing defects
- Damage during shipment
- Incorrect item received (wrong product, size, or print)
We'll provide a free return label and either a replacement or a refund — whichever works best for you.
🔄 Non-Defective Returns (Change of Mind)
We understand — sometimes it's just not the right fit. If you'd like to return a custom item for a non-defective reason (e.g., change of mind, size preference, or styling choice), we accept these returns under the following conditions:
- Return requested within the 60-day return window
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
- Customer is responsible for return shipping
- Text, spelling, or layout choices approved at checkout are final. The item is still eligible for return under the conditions above, but we cannot reprint or edit custom text.
Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Please note: The on-screen preview shown at checkout is the final reference for production. By placing an order, you confirm that you reviewed and approved your design.
📸 What We Need From You
To help us resolve issues quickly, please email us your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We ask that issues be reported as soon as reasonably possible after you receive the item.
🚚 Shipping & Carrier Delays
Shipping delays caused by carriers, weather, holidays, or circumstances outside our control do not qualify for refunds. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier, it is considered fulfilled.
🔁 Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for personalized items. If you’d like a different design or product, a new order must be placed.
💳 Refunds (When Approved)
If a refund is approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Processing typically takes 3–5 business days
- Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund
Optional tips or gratuities added at checkout are non-refundable.
