How we use Customer Content: We use Customer Content only to provide the Services, including (without limitation) generating previews, producing your order, providing customer support, and improving reliability and quality of the customization experience.

Processing & third parties: Customer Content may be temporarily processed and transmitted to third-party service providers that help us provide customization features and fulfill orders (for example: e-commerce hosting, printing/fulfillment partners, image processing or customization services, cloud hosting, and related vendors). We do not sell Customer Content.

No marketing use without permission: We do not use your uploaded images for advertising or marketing without your consent (for example, a written permission or opt-in).

💳 Payments

We use payment processors to handle payments. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

To help prevent fraud, chargebacks, and abuse, we may use internal risk checks and third-party tools to evaluate orders and we may cancel or restrict orders where permitted by law and our policies.

💬 SMS

To understand how people actually use our Site — and to make it better — we use analytics and session-recording tools, including Microsoft Clarity and Google Analytics.

These tools capture things like clicks, taps, scrolling, and general page interactions, which we use to build heatmaps and anonymized session recordings. This helps us spot confusing spots, fix what's broken, and make your experience smoother. We also use Google Ads tools to measure how our ads perform.

What we don't capture: sensitive info you enter — like payment details and the specific text or images you add to your designs — is masked by default and isn't recorded. We care about how the page gets used, not your personal content. 👀

  • Reviews & feedback: Programs like Google Customer Reviews and Judge.me, which collect post-purchase feedback. Your order details (including email address) may be shared with these providers to facilitate review collection.
  • Legal: Law enforcement, regulators, or other parties when required by law, subpoena, court order, or to protect our rights
